Turn by turn directions to a field

There can be instances where a Cropwise Protector user needs to scout a field they don't know the location of. The user could be a summer intern, new to the area, new to a growers operation, or it could be a newly acquired field. There is a Turn by Turn directions feature in the Cropwise Protector Scouting app, through the maps and navigation on the users device, that accommodates users who don't know the location of all the fields they are planning on scouting.  

After opening the Protector Scouting App, the organizations map of fields will be visible. The user can then zoom in on the map to the field they are needing turn by turn directions to. 

Once zoomed in on the field, select on the field to open the field info menu. 

This menu will show field information such as the field acres, latest field scouting activity, as well as the crop that has been assigned to the field. 

In the Field Information pop up at the bottom of the screen, there is a button labeled Directions. Select the button and choose the map option to open turn by turn directions. 

       

After selecting the desired maps option, the turn by turn directions to the selected field will populate.
