The Product List, found within the Products menu, allows for product related information to be viewed and managed. All products that have previously been used within the Cropwise Financials Organization will be displayed. Within the Product List, the product label and documentation can be viewed, REI and PHI restrictions can be viewed or adjusted, and the List Price can be assigned.

Adding Cropwise List Products to the Product List
A product can be added to the Product List without the need to use it first within a Plan, Invoice, Task, etc. This allows for products to be added and managed within Cropwise Financials outside of the process of entering records.
To begin adding a product, select + Add Product in the upper-right corner of the Products menu.
Within the Add Products to Product List menu, search for the name of the desired product to be added.
Search results that have a icon have previously been added to the product list. Search results that have a icon are available to be added to the Product List by selecting on the icon.
Within the Add to Product List menu, the List Price can be entered for the product to assign the price per standard package unit. If the List Price is not known, the List Price value can be left blank. Select Save to continue in the process.
After saving the product, the search results list will re-appear, but the product that has just been saved will now have a icon next to it.
Additional products can be added to the Product List using the previously mentioned steps. When all desired products have been added, select Add to Product List.
Adding Custom Products to the Product List
Most common fertilizers and services are available to select from the Cropwise List. However, sometimes there are special fertilizer blends or services that may need to be created just for your operation. These can be created within your Cropwise Financials Organization and are available to use solely by those that have access to the organization.
To create a custom fertilizer or service, begin by selecting + Add Product in the upper-right corner of the Products menu.
Select + Create Custom.
Within the Add Custom Product menu choose between Fertilizer and Service, within the Product Type, and enter the applicable details for the product. When complete select Save.
After saving the product, the search results list will re-appear, but the product that has just been saved will now have a icon next to it.
Additional custom fertilizer or service products can be added to the Product List using the previously mentioned steps. When all desired products have been added, select Add to Product List.

Requesting New or Missing Crop Protection or Seed Products
If a Crop Protection or Seed product is not displaying in the search results, they can be added to the Cropwise List by requesting Syngenta Digital to add them.
To request a product to be added, select + Add Product in the upper-right corner of the Products menu.
Select + Create Custom.
Click the Request here button to be redirected to the Syngenta Digital Product Request Form.
Select the desired Product Type and enter required product details.
Removing Products from the Product List
A product that is no longer in use can be removed from the Product List to display only the products pertinent to the Cropwise Financials Organization.
To begin removing a product from the Product List, select Remove on the desired product within the Products menu.
A confirmation window appears making sure that the selected product does need to be removed. To Continue, select Remove.
Note: Removing a product will not affect any associated records.
Upon completion of the product removal, a success message will be shown.
