An Acre Proposal is a quick and easy way to select recommended products, assign a population per product, add in acres to calculate units needed, and generate a PDF to share this proposal with the grower. Acre Proposals were previously referred to as "Product Plans" but now have been renamed and given a refreshed look with new functionality.
To begin, navigate to the grower account within GHX Fields that you would like to create a proposal for. Once the grower is identified, expand their account details by selecting the drop arrow on the right hand side. Then select "Proposal List" from the lower right corner of the growers information.
Choose "New Proposal" from the top right corner of the Proposal List.
Within the popup, choose the proposal type of "Acre Proposal" to create.
Choose from the crop tabs in the top left corner and select the products desired for each one desired by clicking the "+" icon. After products are selected enter the population and acres for each product line. Adding acres and a population will automatically calculate the Bags needed. Add in any treatments if desired for soybeans and repeat the steps for entering acres and population for each treatment.
Once finished, choose "Save Proposal" from the top right corner.
A loading bar will appear as the proposal is saving. After this goes away you can procees back to the "Proposal List" to download the proposal as a PDF or move it from Draft status to Presented, or Accepted. To toggle back to the "Proposal List" choose the middle icon from the bar on the left hand side of the screen.
After you are back on the Proposals List, you can then choose to move the proposal to either Presented or Accepted status, Download the PDF by clicking the arrow towards the right hand side, return to the products list within the proposal to make any edits as needed by selecting on the button "Acre Proposal," and if desired you can delete the proposal all together by selecting on the trash can towards the far right side. You can have as many Draft proposals as desired, from this screen you can also proceed to select "New Proposal" and create additionals.
*Keep in mind only one Proposal at any time can be in the Accepted status.
