Shopping Cart - Sending an Order to GHX Logistics

The Shopping Cart allows users to convert an Accepted Proposal from GHX Fields to GHX Logistics as an Order. 

To begin, navigate to the grower account within GHX Fields that you would like to send an order to GHX Logistics for. Once the grower is identified, expand their account details by selecting the drop arrow on the right hand side. Then select Proposal List from the lower right corner of the growers information.

*An Accepted Proposal in GHX Fields is required to access the Shopping Cart. 

Next, select the Shopping Cart icon from the right hand side of the proposal line.

Go through each Crop tab at the top of the screen and confirm the products, quantities, and package types are correct. Once complete, choose Convert to Order. This will now submit the Order over to GHX Logistics. This will then generate the SO# and populate as a MaxScript within the GHX Fields Proposals List.

On the popup choose Send to transfer the Order to GHX Logistics.

Once this has submitted successfully you can return to the Proposals List to view the MaxScript line item and SO#.
