Viewing Benchmark Reports.

After a user completes the Sustainable Outcomes in Agriculture assessment (SOA), they can see their individual results immediately on the reports tab. Once the SOA assessment submission window closes on the date of the submission deadline, which is set by the Partner, the users Benchmark Report will be available to view on the Reports tab. 

Benchmark Reports are anonymized reports that allow users to see their assessment results compared to the results of other users who are tied to the same Partner. 

To view the Benchmark Report, navigate to the Reports tab and click on the Benchmark Report button. 

 

If the user has completed multiple SOA assessments, they will need to use the filter in order to view the separate Benchmark Reports. Click on the green Filter button and proceed to click on each text box drop down to select the Crop Year, Partner, and Crop that the user wishes to view the Benchmark Report for.  Once the user has completed making the filter selections, click on the green Apply button located in the lower-right corner of the screen, to apply the filter. 

  

Once the filter is applied, click on the Benchmark Report button to generate the Benchmark report. 

   

Users can share the Benchmark Report by clicking on the blue arrow in the top-right corner of the screen. After clicking on the blue arrow icon, users can then proceed to select how and with who they wish to share the report.
