Cropwise Financials makes it easy to import equipment data as completed Tasks. Creating an integration allows the data to be pulled from various sites where the equipment data is stored. This process helps to provide accurate timing, rates and placement of products through applications.
To get started, navigate to the Integrations tab on the left-hand menu in Cropwise Financials. Next, click on the Cropwise Connect button to set up the integration.
Once on the Cropwise Connect site, there will be several options available to create integrations with the equipment manufacture's platform. Before selecting the integration, be sure the correct Cropwise Financials Organization is selected at the top of the page. After verifying the organization, select your machinery data provider to make the connection.
After selecting the CNH card, the setup page will be loaded. Select the Set Up button to create the integration between Cropwise and CNH.
Next, choose between importing fields and properties from CNH or not.
Note: If your Farm Field Tree is already set up in Cropwise Financials, you do not want to import another copy of the Farm Field Tree. This will duplicate what already exists in Cropwise. Importing fields and properties from CNH should only be selected if starting with no fields and you want to import all fields from CNH. Choosing Import will bring your Farms and Fields into Cropwise and will continue to update as new fields are added to the CNH Operations Center.
The integration set-up will walk through the sign-in process for CNH. After entering your username and password to sign in, you will be redirected back to Cropwise Connect to complete the import process.
Select the CNH Organization you want to pair with the Cropwise Financials Organization. Then click Next to go to the next step.
In the final step, set the start date to pull existing data from CNH. The start date for the integration will be auto populated to 365 days. This can be adjusted to the desired date of the records needed. Data will begin flowing in for processing and should become available within a couple hours. After the initial data sync, new records will populate each night as available.
