Agrian Recommendation Integration

The Agrian integration allows users to import Recommendations that are created in Agrian by a PCA or CCA.  The Recommendations are pulled into Cropwise Financials to be processed as a Work Order or Completed Application. 

To get started, in Cropwise Financials, select the Integrations option in the left hand menu.  Then select the Agrian option on the right. 

The process for importing the recommendations from Agrian will be detailed in the 6 steps.  Start by selecting the green Import my Agrian Recommendations button at the top.  

Step 1: This will first prompt to sign into the Agrian site. 

Step 2: Once signed in, select the organization from Agrian to import the records from.

Step 3: After selecting the Agrain Crop Year and the Cropwise Financials Crop Season, the available records will be displayed to choose which Recommendations to import.  Select all of the desired records then select Next. 

Step 4: Each record must be matched to the correct field.  Selecting on a record will display the Agrian field and provide a list of Cropwise Financials fields to match to.  Complete the field match for each record and select Next.

Step 5: Matching the Products is the next step.  A list of all of the products on each recommendation will be presented.  The Agrian product must be matched to a Cropwise Financials product.  This matching is only required the for the first use of each product.  Once all of the matches are made, select Next to review and submit the records.

Step 6: Once you have confirmed all of the matches, select Import Records to import all of the pending recommendations from Agrian into the Cropwise Finanicals website.  

Once the records are imported from Agrian, they are listed on the Recommendations tab.  Recommendations can be converted into Tasks as Ready status and can be updated to Complete when the application is completed.

To flag Recommendations that have been converted to Task, use the Tag feature to create your own and indicate it has been completed.
