Entering Planting Stewardship

Planting Stewardship is required to be completed on each Enogen Contract. Planting Stewardship consists of entering the Planted Acres, Planted Date, Population, and Estimated Yield. Before Planting Stewardship can be completed, Enogen Fields must be assigned to the contract. In Eluminate.Solutions, navigate to the Enogen Tab and find the grower's contract you wish to enter Planting data for. After selecting on the expansion arrow on the right hand side of the contract, you will then be able to see the option for Stewardship. Open Stewardship to proceed.

Start entering planting data by selecting a planting date for each field. You can input planting dates individually on each field's line by selecting within the box, or enter a date at the top of the column to apply it across all fields for the contract. 

Next, confirm the Planting Rate and Estimated Bu/Acre are correct. These values are pulled in automatically from the Total Enogen Acre averages at time of contract creation.

Once all Planting Data has been entered, you will then notice the "Complete" flag has been set in the top right corner of the Planting Stewardship table.
