In E-luminate, you can resend Enogen Contracts for signing if the original notification method or contact was incorrect, or if you want to send another notification to the grower. Contact methods include both email and phone number.
Resend for Signing can be located within E-luminate on the Enogen Tab. Once you identify the contract you would like to resend, select the expansion arrow towards the far right end of the contract line to show more information. Now that this is expanded, the Resend for Signing button will be present. Note that only contracts that are still in the Pending or Amendment Pending status without a grower signature will display the option to resend.
Select Resend for Signing.
Change the Delivery Choice between Phone or Email as needed, and then update the Method of Contact for the grower as needed. Contract can be resent to the same method again or updated if the original method was incorrect.
After changes are complete, select Resend Notification.
A sent successful message will appear, you then can select Ok to return to the contracts list.
