Typically, each grower should have only one Enogen Contract per growing year, unless instructed otherwise by the Enogen Feed Specialist. Amending or voiding the contract might be necessary due to various factors. It's advisable to amend active Enogen contract whenever possible, rather than recreating them (which could lead to duplicate contracts) or voiding them entirely.

To Amend, Void, or View the Contract PDF, expand the contract line by selecting on the arrow towards the far right side of the contract to show the actions bar and then select Contract Details.
Voiding a Contract:
Within the top right of the Contract Details, select Void Contract.
A confirmation popup will appear. If you are sure you want to proceed with voiding the contract, choose Void Contract.
A success message will be displayed and you can then close out of the Enogen Contracting window frame. Once the page has been refreshed, the voided contract will disappear from the Enogen Tab.
Amending a Contract:
Within the top right of the Contract Details, select Amend Contract.
A confirmation popup will appear. If you are sure you want to proceed with amending the contract, choose Amend Contract.

View Contract PDF's:
Within the Contract Details screen, select either View Contract PDF or View Signed Contract PDF to view the desired PDF type. After this loads, the PDF can then be downloaded as a document onto your computer.
