Retain Specific Price When Editing Existing Applications
A previously captured specific price of a product or service can now be selected when editing an existing application record. Simply select the product within an existing application to begin editing that product.
Within the Edit Product screen, click the drop-down list within the Price section which will allow you to select a previously captured specific price for the given product.
The application will now display the selected specific cost for the products and services edited.
Copy Plan From Previous Year
Prior to this release, users could create a new plan from applications captured against a field in previous crop years. Users are now able to copy a plan from a previous crop year into the current crop year.
Within the fields page of creating the plan, the user will need to select which fields they would like to apply this plan to.
Data from the original plan will be copied into the info page which can be altered as needed.
Products, along with their rate and cost, from the original plan will also be carried over into the plan copy, which can be altered as needed.
Filter Tags with 'OR' Basis
There is new functionality to filter a Farm Field with tag assignments based on two conditions: and//or. If tagged with or is selected, then the Farm Field tree will display any of the fields and crop zones that have any of the selected tags assigned.
If tagged with and is selected, then the Farm Field tree will only display the fields and crop zones that have every tag that is selected in the list. The new or tag condition allows users to easily filter their Farm Field tree to determine which fields have one variety or a different variety, if the user assigned tags based on variety, for example.
This feature is available anywhere within Land.db where users select fields such as creating plans, applications or generating reports.
Report Page Break Removal
Users are now able to include or exclude page breaks when generating reports. This feature will be available on the following reports within the Applied Products category: Applied Product by Field, Fertilizer by Field and Fertilizer by Crop.
Invoices Included in Multiple Documents Report
Invoices can now be included on the Multiple Document > Multi-Print Report.
