Clearing Single Webpage Cache
- Within Google Chrome, select the padlock icon located in the upper left corner, next to the website URL address.
- Next, select Cookies.
- Select the Remove button until all available cookies are removed. When finished, choose Done.
- Attempt to reload the website to determine if issue is resolved.
Emptying Cache and Hard Reloading
- Right click anywhere within the webpage and choose Inspect at the bottom of the drop down menu.
- Right click on the reload Icon and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
- Attempt to reload the website to determine if issue is resolved.
Clearing Entire Browser Cache
- Within Google Chrome, navigate to to the three vertical dots located in the upper right hand corner and navigate to History History.
- Next, choose Clear browsing data located in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Within the Advanced tab, adjust the time range to All time and select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, as well Cached images and files. Then, choose the Clear data button.
- Attempt to reload the website to determine if issue is resolved.
Other Troubleshooting Options
If the website error still persists, attempt the following steps:
- Restart the computer.
- Try visiting the website within an incognito or guest window.
- Connect to a different network or mobile hotspot.
- Temporary disable antivirus and/or firewall.
