- Verify crop protection, fertilizer, and irrigation data has been entered correctly in Land.db as application records. Price will not be transferred and is therefore not required.

- Irrigation must be recorded with one of the below services from the Syngenta Digital masterlist. These are best searched for using Irrigation: as your search keyword.

Target Pest should be populated for each item (see target pest list at end of article that should be entered into Land.db)

- Verify that Ag Portal has at least one field for each Land.db field/crop zone that will be submitted
- Login to the Land.db Viewer

- Verify the data on the Applied Products tab for each field that will be submitted to McCain. If data is missing, capture the database within Land.db. It takes approximately 10 to 20 minutes for data to synchronize from Land.db to Land.db Viewer. If you are currently logged into the Viewer, you must close and reopen to see any new data that has synchronized.
- Select the McCain XML Generator on the left hand side of the screen. Verify the McCain Grower Name is correct.

- If McCains has not “matched your grower”, you will not be able to proceed. Contact McCains or Syngenta Digital Support.
- Specify the start and end date for the data to be submitted
- Select the fields/crop zone that you would like to submit by clicking on the field name to move it to the Fields Selected section the right.
- If you accidentally push too many fields to the right, you can click on the field names to deselect them.

- Select the Selecting Fields Finished button.
- Choose the corresponding McCain field name for each Land.db field/cropzone to be submitted. Each Land.db field/crop zone can be mapped to a single McCain field.
- Select the Load Products button.
- Select the corresponding McCain product for the Control Products, Treatment Products, Irrigation Method, and Target Pest.
- If the appropriate product is not in the drop down list, select the Get All button. If it is still not available, please contact your McCain fieldman.
- Do not select Reset All Product Matches, Reset Targets, or Reset All Treatment Matches unless you have mapped a product to the incorrect McCain product or target.
- Select the Generate XML File button.
- Select the Submit to Ag Portal button.
- Confirmation will be provided. Write down the confirmation number.
- After waiting 10 minutes, confirm the data is visible in Ag Portal.
- If a field was submitted incorrectly or incompletely, it must be fixed via Ag Portal.
