New users will receive an e-mail to access the website and need to copy and paste the registration URL within the email into the Google Chrome browser. User will then need to create a password that contains letters and 2 numbers. User will also need to set a security question and security response for any future password resets.
- Log into E-Luminate with the username and password followed by accepting the full End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) and the Login button.
- If the User has forgotten their password, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link below the login information in order to receive an email to reset the user’s password for their account. After three failed attempts to login, the system will lock the User out of their account for one hour. To access the account before that time passes, they must contact Technical Support to reset their account.
- Once logged in, the Home page will be displayed.
- A Seed Advisor User has the option to select between different resources such as Grower Accounts, Dashboard, Decision Hub, Custom Catalog, and the Product Analyzer. A Seed Advisor has access to the Lite version of the Product Analyzer, while an agronomist or Sales Rep has access to the full version that includes some more data about Syngenta products.
Clicking on any of these categories will either navigate you directly into a feature or provide options to choose from depending on the resource.
