Land.db has an integration with several retailers using the Agvance business system. This integration allows users to easily match and import invoices and blend tickets directly from the retailer. Contact Syngenta Digital Support to see if this integration is available with your local retailer.
To create an integration between a retailer and a Land.db database, a DocuSign contract must be initiated by Syngenta Digital Support and signed by the retailer and customer. Once this is complete the integration is set and records will begin to display as pending in Land.db Connect. These records will need to matched and imported into Land.db to be completed.
Viewing an Existing Integrations
Navigate to Connect.landdb.com. Select on Integrations > Configuration > Select the DataSource. Existing integrations will display the account and created on date. Selecting the red X will delete the integration.
To view Pending Invoice records, select Pending Records > Select the DataSource > Invoices. Pending Invoices will display on the left, select on one to display the information. Vendor Product will display the name of the invoiced item. Each of these must be matched to a Land.db Product to complete the record. By selecting Search Product, after typing 3 or more letters, the list will populate with potential matches. Selecting the best Land.db Product to make the match. Once the product is matched it will match on all pending and future records.
Each product must be Matched or Ignored in order to make the record complete.
If the fertilizer or service is not available in the Land.db master list, a User Created Fertilizer or Service can be created in Connect.
Items may be ignored from being imported. The product and totals will display in the notes section of the completed invoice in Land.db. If the product is ignored it will be ignored on all pending and future records.
Once all products are matched, the record will become black and complete-able. If the same products are on multiple invoices, they will also become black.
To import into Land.db select the check box next to each application you wish to import. To import all complete records, use the Select All button, then Import. When prompted select OK to compete importing the records.
Once imported from Connect, refresh Land.db by selecting the Load New Available Invoices. This will load all new completed records. Select on any of the records to view the details of the completed record.
