This guide will walk you through setting up an integration to import recommendations from an Agrian grower account into a Land.db database. This also applies for importing recommendations from Simplot Advisor and Nutrien's Echelon platforms. If recommendations are already being shared to an existing Agrian grower account, then follow the steps below. If an Agrian grower account does not exist yet, click here for instructions on how to create an Agrian grower account.

Creating the Agrian Integration
Within the Agrian's grower account, navigate to Settings > General and make sure that AgriEdge Partner is checked.
The Agrian grower account must trust their advisor or retailer outlet partner that is writing the recommendations. The advisor or retail outlet partner account must also trust the grower account. In order to trust an account, the user must have the unique Agrian identifier from their advisor or retail outlet partner which can be found within the Settings > Associations page.
Navigate to www.landdb.com within Google Chrome browser. Navigate to Manage Data Access within the 4 horizontal white bars in the upper right corner.
Navigate to the Integrations tab and select Create agrian credential.
Within the popup screen, insert the unique Agrian identifier into the User ID, then select your data source, crop year and check the box for polling. Polling allows for automatic import of recommendations from your Agrian grower account. Every night, the integration checks to see if there are any new Agrian recommendations shared to the Agrian grower account and will import them into the designated data source. Once the information has been entered, select the green Create button.
It is also important to note that the crop year does not automatically adjust when a new crop year is created for your data source, therefore you must manually change crop years for the integration when needed.
Once the integration is created, users will need to select the green Sync button in order to import Agrian recommendations that need to import into the current crop year prior to the day of creating the Agrian integration. If prior recommendations are not needed, then the Sync button does not need to be chosen as the integration will automatically import recommendations into your selected data source every night if new recommendations have been shared by your Agrian advisor to your Agrian grower account.
Next, navigate and log into the desktop Land.db client platform. You will soon be seeing Agrian recommendations import into the Production > Recommendations page. If you have just recently synchronized previously dated recommendations and do not see them within the page, select your crop year again at the top center of Land.db to perform a refresh. Once recommendations are imported, you may need to match some incoming data from the Agrian recommendation to data within your Land.db data source. If any items need to be matched, you will see Unresolved listed next to an item. The items that can be unresolved include fields, authorizor, applicator and products. You will also notice that the Notes section summarizes the data coming in from Agrian.
Below demonstrates how to match unresolved data for fields, authorizer, applicator and products.
Matching Unresolved Fields
For any fields that come in as unresolved, click within the selected fields section of the recommendation.
Next, you will need to select an unresolved crop zone and then choose next. Even if there is only one unresolved crop zone, you must select it before navigating to the next screen.
The next screen will display at the top the unresolved field information. Select which crop zone(s) need to be matched to the incoming field(s) and then select the save button.
When matching any unresolved items within an Agrian recommendation, you will be prompted on how would you like this match to be used. Choosing just this once will only perform this match for the Agrian recommendation you are currently matching items for. Choosing always match any new incoming Agrian recommendations that would originally be unresolved to the item you matched it to within your Land.db data source. It is very important to note that there is not an option to reverse a matching of any unresolved items. Choosing only for a date range will only save the match for a selected date range.
The fields within that Agrian recommendation are now matched and will remove the unresolved label.
Matching Unresolved Authorizer
For any authorizers that come in as unresolved, click within the authorized by section of the recommendation.
In the pop up screen, you can see in the incoming unresolved authorizer details. Select a person within the authorizer list and then choose the save button. If the desired authorizer is not within the matching list, add the person within Resources > People.

Matching Unresolved Applicators
For any applicators that come in as unresolved, click within the applicators section of the recommendation.
Next, select the incoming unknown applicators and match it to an available applicator. When matching an applicator, you have the ability to input a license #, license expiration date and an applicator company, if desired. Once this information is configured, select the match button and then select the save button. Note that sometimes the incoming unknown applicators may list grower applied. Match this incoming applicator to your main applicator or to a generic person such as applicator or naming a person as your operation name. For any missing available applicators, add them within Resources > People.

Matching Unresolved Products
For any products that come in as unresolved, click within the products section of the recommendation.
Within the popup, the details of the unresolved product will be listed at the top. Note there is additional information in the section and you can utilize the scroll bar on the right to view the additional information. The first step is to match the unresolved product to a product within Land.db's list of products. Best practice is to position your cursor at the end of the product name and begin back spacing until you see search results. You can also remove the entire product search word, which is auto populated, to a new product search.
Once you adjust the product search, you should be able to find your correct product within the list. If you cannot find the product, try searching for another keyword or search by the manufacturer of the product. If the product does not exist, you can request the product by clicking here. Also note that the additional product details, such as product rate and unit of measure, are included at the top section.
Once your product is selected, it is optional to also designate an application method and a target pest for the product. Once you are completed making any changes to this product, select the save button.

When all of the unresolved items within the Agrian recommendation are matched, the unresolved label next to the name of the recommendation within the list on the left hand side is now removed. You are now able to convert the recommendation into an actionable task as a work order or record the recommendation completed as an application record. You also have the option to print the Agrian recommendation if needed.
Note that you cannot convert an Unresolved Agrian recommendation into a work order or an application.
