Ability to import Harvest records from MyJohnDeere.com
Harvest records will appear in Land.db Connect under the Pending Records > Harvest tab, if they are available in MyJohnDeere. The harvest record should be spatially matched to a crop zone if the crop zone was predefined in Land.db. If it is not, the record will be red and it needs to be matched to a field before importing.
Harvest records from MyJohnDeere.com will import as wet yield. Once imported into Land.db, the record will be adjusted to the standard shrink, according to the Yield > Crop Settings tab. To view the harvest As-Applied map, the user can select the map icon in the upper right corner to preview the area compared to the crop zone boundary.
Ability to mass import Invoices, Applications, and Harvest records
Land.db Connect is now capable of the mass import of records by selecting the check box or boxes on the left side of the record(s). Then, by selecting the ‘Complete Selected’ button below, this will import all the selected records into Land.db for the crop year selected.
Records are flagged in Red when not complete
Records marked in red require either a field and/or product to be matched before importing. Select the map icon to view the As-Applied map or use the search box by typing in a name.
Update Crop Zones and Maps for Applications and Harvest records
The As-Applied maps for applications and harvest have been updated. If the record is not spatially matched to a crop zone, the user can select the correct crop zone and close the map by clicking the map or anywhere off the map box.
The crop zone will turn green when selected. If there are multiple crop zones on the field, the user can select a zone, then select the ‘Hide Selected’ button to select the next layer.
Refresh available crop zone list after new crop assignment in Land.db
If the user is attempting to import an application and/or harvest record for a field that does not have a crop zone assigned, they will need to assign a crop within Land.db first. Once completed, the user would navigate back to the record within Land.db Connect. Then refresh the available crop zone list by selecting the blue refresh link in the crop zone down menu or by select the refresh icon on the map page.
Updated Integration Setup Page
Additional details have been added to the Integrations > Configuration page.
When creating a new integration, the user can now select one or more MyJohnDeere organization(s) to sync with one or more Land.db datasources. The data from the organization(s) will be spatially mapped to each datasource based on their crop zones.
