After creating an integration with MyJohnDeere.com the applications will start to display in Land.db and Connect from John Deere. These records will need to be completed by matching the products and/or field in order to import the completed application or yield ticket.
The pending records are available at Connect.landdb.com and will show as Pending in Land.db Client. In Client, when present, select the refresh button by clicking Load New Available Applications, to display pending records or refresh the list.
After refreshing, new pending records will be available. Select a pending record, then select View in Land.db Connect to complete the record.
Navigate to Pending Records, select Data Source, then Applications. New pending applications will be available to complete and import. Select the first application on the list to view the details. New applications are processed every night and imported into Connect.
On each application, match any vendor product to a land.db Master list product when it show red text Search Product and match the crop zone for the application when it says Search Crop Zones in red. These red text items must be matched before saving. The matched products will be remembered for any future application of that product, but can also be re-matched if needed.
The black records with check boxes are completed and can be imported into Land.db. These records can be imported one at a time or by selecting Select All then Import. These records can also be removed if they do not need to be imported into the database.
With John Deere Raw Data files, there are additional data points available with the applications. The Applicator and Equipment can be matched for the record before importing
To view the as applied map for the application, select the map icon in upper right to view the crop zone map and as applied coverage shape
If the crop zone is not already spatially matched, select the crop zone on the shape and it will turn green. Then close the map, by clicking the X or anywhere outside the map, to complete the application. In the case of double crop, if the correct crop is not on top, select Hide Selected in the upper left and re-select the correct crop.
After all the products are matched and the field/crop zone is selected. The record is complete and ready to import. After selecting Import, it will prompt to confirm completing the application. When OK is selected it submits to Land.db and removes from list.
Return to Land.db at any time to see complete records. Select "Load New Available Applications" to refresh new completed application. After completing the record, it may be edited. Pending records can only be removed or saved within Connect.
