Within GrowMore360 an Enogen contract can be resent to the grower via SMS or Email. If using a mobile device to sign, this will require a data plan to access the signers portal. A contract can be resent to the grower more than once if needed.
Reasons for Resending:
- Incorrect contact information on initial send for signing.
- Cannot sign via text due to lack of cellular plan.
- Grower opted to sign via email.
- Grower did not receive the original notification.
Navigate to a pending contract and select View.
Select Resend for Signing.
Choose edit beside the method of contact for the grower.
Delete the old number or email and enter the correct number/email. Then select the checkmark to save the edit.
Select Resend Notifications to send the contract to the updated grower contact method.
