Adding people, companies, and equipment to an organization allows users to tie additional details to tasks and invoices.
To add people to an organization, navigate to the People menu and then click Add Person in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Next, capture the person's Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address.
Name is the only required field on this page. All other information is optional and is not required to save.
Additional information such as Applicator License Information (number and expiration date) and Notes can be entered by scrolling further down on the page. This information is optional and is not required to save.
Once completed, click the green Save button in the top right corner of the screen.
To add companies to an organization, navigate to the Companies menu and then click Add Company in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Next, capture the company's Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address.
Name is the only required field on this page. All other information is optional and is not required to save.
Additional information, such as Notes, can be captured by scrolling further down on the page. This information is optional and is not required to save.
Once completed, click the green Save button in the top right corner of the screen.
To add equipment to an organization, navigate to the Equipment menu and then click Add Equipment in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Enter the equipment Name, Type and Current Status. These are the required fields in order to save equipment.
Optional additional info can be entered such as Notes or additional equipment information including Year, Make, Model and even Price. These fields are NOT required to save equipment.
Once completed, click the green Save button in the top right corner of the screen.
