Purchases of crop protection, fertilizer, seed products and/or services can be captured within invoices.
To begin capturing product purchases, navigate to the Invoices menu and select the + Create Invoice button in the upper-right corner.
Within the Details tab, capture the Invoice Number, Invoice Date and Crop Season, with the options of also capturing Invoice Due Date, Company, Tags and any Notes.
Tags can be tied to an invoice that are unique indicators or notices as desired. Existing tags can be edited or selected, or new custom tags can be created.
Within the Products tab, search for any product or service to be recorded within a task. At least three characters must be captured to begin utilizing the search function. Each search result will display the manufacturer, standard unit of measure and EPA registration number, if applicable. To add a Product or Service to the invoice within the search results, select the green + button.
Input the Total Product, Unit of measure and the Total Price per Product, which will back calculate the Unit Price.
The newly added product will now be captured within the Invoice that can be edited or removed by clicking the ... more options button next to the product. Repeat the process of searching for additional product(s) and/or service(s) as needed, then select the Save button in the upper-right corner.
The invoice will now be visible in the list of invoices for the current selected crop season(s) at top the page. Selecting the ... more options button for an existing invoice provides the options to View, Edit, Tag or Delete the invoice.
