Recommendations can be created in the Cropwise Financials iOS app in the field, to document a CCA/PCA recommendation or to make suggested applications. Once created they can be converted into a Task for the work to be completed.
On the home dashboard, select Recommendation in the Production block to view all recommendations and create a new one using the + New Recommendation. Or select on the Green Plus Sign on the home screen to go straight to creating a Recommendation.
In creating a new recommendation, navigate through the four tabs to record the Details, Fields and Products, then view the Summary before saving. Most data points are prepopulated in the recommendation with the exception of the Crop Season. Be sure to select this before moving on to Fields.
Selecting Fields is optional when creating a recommendation. To add fields, select the Green Plus Sign to view the Farm Field Tree, this can be sorted by Farm, Crop or Map. Select the desired fields/crop zones to assign to the recommendation.
After selecting fields, move on to the Products tab to add all recommended products. Select on the Green Plus Sign to start searching for products. By typing in the search box at the top, products will populate in the list below. Select the desired product check box to enter the product rate details.
After selecting the product, enter the Rate Per Area and select the correct Unit. Additional information can be recorded such as Coverage area, Method and the Target Pest for each product on the recommendation.
After adding all desired products, move on to the Summary tab to view all the details before selecting Create.
After saving the recommendation, it will sync and be visible in the recommendations list. Selecting on the more options icon will present a popup with options to Delete or Edit the record, view a PDF Report, Duplicate the record, or convert it to a Task.
