The Inventory feature provides a dashboard to monitor product inventory for ease of knowing how much of a product was applied in tasks, purchased within invoices and how much product quantity is remaining in storage. Product labels and documentation, along with REI and PHI restriction, are available for crop protection products for quick reference.
After selecting Inventory in the menu, a list of products used either in a plan, recommendation, task and/or invoice will appear either in a tile or list view. Selecting View for a specific product will display additional details. Custom fertilizers and services can be created on the inventory page as well.
The Average Price/Unit will be displayed which is a weighted average across each invoice entered for the product. The Available Quantity is a measurement of Total Invoiced Quantity (invoices) - Total Applied Quantity (tasks). A list of all invoices and tasks tied to the selected product will be listed at the bottom with the option to View a specific invoice or task if desired.
The Documentation tab provides label and other documentation only for crop protection products.
Selecting on the documents listed, will produce a pdf copy that can be printed or shared.
Selecting on the REI/PHI will display the Restricted-entry Interval and Preharvest Interval by crop for the selected crop protection product. These values are preset based on the safest values, but can be edited for each crop listed. Additional crops can be added to the product, using the Add Crop button.
